Kinexly is owned and operated by Lanadok. This policy explains what we ("Kinexly", "we") collect through kinexly.com, why, and who we share it with. Contact: info@kinexly.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message, including any website address you share.
- Consent record: the consent wording shown on the form, the time you sent it and the IP address the request came from.
- Campaign details: if you arrive from an advert or link, the campaign parameters in that link (such as utm_source or gclid), the first page you visited and the referring site. These are held in your browser's session storage until you close the tab and are sent only if you submit the form.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about.
- To keep a record of your consent and to understand which campaigns bring enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
By sending this form, you agree that Kinexly may contact you by email or phone about your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use service providers that process information on our behalf, such as website hosting, workflow automation, spreadsheet and team messaging tools. We do not sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and consent records for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, keep accurate records and meet legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing info@kinexly.com. You can also tell us at any time that you no longer want to be contacted.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
